Ingredients
- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 spoons Oil tea
- 1 leaves Coriander or mint mint and each
- 4 piece Green Chillies or ginger and ginger
- 1/2 spoon Lemon Juice tea
- 1/2 spoon Sugar tea
- 1/2 spoon Cumin Seeds tea

Instructions
- Add oil and salt to the wheat flour and knead to a soft roti dough adding water and keep aside.
- Wash the leaves well and add salt, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and grind to smooth paste. Add the lemon juice to retain the green colour of the paste.
- Take lemon size balls from the dough and roll them to thin rotis of equal size. Spread a teaspoon of green paste on a roti. Place another roti on it and seal the edges by pressing them.
- Heat a tawa and cook the roti on both sides in medium flame with ghee or oil to golden brown.
