Ingredients
 

  • 3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 spoons Oil tea
  • 1 leaves Coriander or mint mint and each
  • 4 piece Green Chillies or ginger and ginger
  • 1/2 spoon Lemon Juice tea
  • 1/2 spoon Sugar tea
  • 1/2 spoon Cumin Seeds tea

Instructions
 

  • Add oil and salt to the wheat flour and knead to a soft roti dough adding water and keep aside.

  • Wash the leaves well and add salt, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and grind to smooth paste. Add the lemon juice to retain the green colour of the paste.

  • Take lemon size balls from the dough and roll them to thin rotis of equal size. Spread a teaspoon of green paste on a roti. Place another roti on it and seal the edges by pressing them.
  • Heat a tawa and cook the roti on both sides in medium flame with ghee or oil to golden brown.
