Simple n easy way to serve yummy methi moong dal to your family or guest. This is pure vegeterain dal recipe which can easily prepare with few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup moong Dal soaked
  • 1 cup baby fenugreek
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 4 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds. Add onion n saute till the color change.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes. Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala.
  • Add soaked dal in mixture with little water n fenugreek, now cover the lid n cook for 15 minutes on low flame in between keep sautéing.
