- 1 cup moong Dal soaked
- 1 cup baby fenugreek
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 to mato chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 4 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds. Add onion n saute till the color change.
- Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes. Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala.
- Add soaked dal in mixture with little water n fenugreek, now cover the lid n cook for 15 minutes on low flame in between keep sautéing.
