  • Raw mango 500 gms
  • Onion seeds 50gms - coriander 100 gms, sauna 100 gms
  • Mustered seeds 100 gms - fenugreek 50gms
  • Red chilli powder 50 gms - Turmeric powder 50gms
  • Garam masala 25 gms asafoetida one tsp
  • Salt to taste - acidic acid two tsp oil 500 gms


  • Mango should be pieces 1 to 1 and half inches. Dipped in water 1 hour and dried in shadow.
  • All spices to be roasted and grind but not smooth.
  • Add with oil mix mango and spice coursesly.
  • Then fill in the jar. Tight the lid. It will ready after a week.
