Ingredients
- Raw mango 500 gms
- Onion seeds 50gms coriander 100 gms, sauna 100 gms
- Mustered seeds 100 gms fenugreek 50gms
- Red chilli powder 50 gms Turmeric powder 50gms
- Garam masala 25 gms asafoetida one tsp
- Salt acidic acid two tsp oil 500 gms

Instructions
- Mango should be pieces 1 to 1 and half inches. Dipped in water 1 hour and dried in shadow.
- All spices to be roasted and grind but not smooth.
- Add with oil mix mango and spice coursesly.
- Then fill in the jar. Tight the lid. It will ready after a week.
