Ingredients
- 500 gm Mango raw
- 50 gm Onion Seeds coriander 100 gms, sauna 100 gms
- 100 gm Seeds fenugreek mustered
- 50 gm red chili powder turmeric powder
- 25 gm Garam Masala or asafoetida asafoetida one
- 1-2 tsp Salt acidic acid two tsp oil 500 gms, or as per taste

Instructions
- Mango should be pieces 1 to 1 and half inches. Dipped in water 1 hour and dried in shadow.
- All spices to be roasted and grind but not smooth.
- Add with oil mix mango and spice coursesly.
- Then fill in the jar. Tight the lid. It will ready after a week.
