Grated Raw Mango Pickle With Garlic

This is a instant pickle which don't need more spices. Fried garlic is enough to give the flavour.

Ingredients
- 500 gm grated raw mango
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon melted jaggery
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Peal off and grate the raw mango
- Heat the oil add chopped garlic, hing and red chilli powder. Then pour into the grated mango.
- Mix well then add salt and jaggery. Again mix properly. Now fill in a glass jar.
- Keep it rest for two days then serve with roti, paratha, rice etc.
