Every season I also prepare different types of pickle because of my daughter. Here I am sharing with you raw Mango pickle. I used five spices masala which is a signature of Bengal.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Mango raw
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Paste
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder roasted
  • 2 tbsp Five Spices Masala roasted
  • 1 tsp powdered Jaggery
  • 1/2 Asafoetida Powder hing
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil as you need

Instructions
 

  • Bring fresh raw mango. Cut them into small pieces.

  • Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Continuously three days mix upwards to downwards.

  • Then pour into a glass jar. After a week it will ready to serve along with food.
