Raw mango 500 gms
Onion seeds 50gms
coriander 100 gms, sauna 100 gms
Mustered seeds 100 gms
fenugreek 50gms
Red chilli powder 50 gms
Turmeric powder 50gms
Garam masala 25 gms asafoetida one tsp
Salt
acidic acid two tsp oil 500 gms
Instructions
Mango should be pieces 1 to 1 and half inches. Dipped in water 1 hour and dried in shadow.
All spices to be roasted and grind but not smooth.
Add with oil mix mango and spice coursesly.
Then fill in the jar. Tight the lid. It will ready after a week.
