  • cup Mango Puree ripe one
  • cup Cottage Cheese one
  • cup Flour refine half
  • tsp cardamom powder half
  • tsp Baking Powder half
  • Sugar Syrup kaiser


  • Mashed properly cottage cheese add mango puree add flour baking powder and cardamom
  • Make a smooth dough spread again and again. Make small ball shaped like string and round fold twice and half
  • Now keep all the jalebi in freeze for 15 minutes. Then dip fry
  • Now dip in cool syrup kept one hour and serve
