Ingredients
- cup Mango Puree (ripe one)
- cup Cottage Cheese (one)
- cup Flour (refine half)
- tsp cardamom powder (half)
- tsp Baking Powder (half)
- Sugar Syrup (kaiser)

Instructions
- Mashed properly cottage cheese add mango puree add flour baking powder and cardamom
- Make a smooth dough spread again and again. Make small ball shaped like string and round fold twice and half
- Now keep all the jalebi in freeze for 15 minutes. Then dip fry
- Now dip in cool syrup kept one hour and serve
