Healthy Chia Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/3 Olive Oil cp
- 1/2 cup Flour or maida maida
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour or atta atta
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions
- in a bowl, sift maida, atta,baking powder,cocoa powder , baking soda, salt and cinnamon. mix and keep aside,
- in a bowl, add milk,vinegar,coconut sugar,condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- fold the dry ingridients and wet ingridients and add chia seeds and chocolate chips. bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30-40 mins.
