Ripe mango puree one cup
Cottage cheese one cup
Refine flour half cup
Green cardamom powder half tsp
Baking powder half tsp
Kaiser sugar syrup
Instructions
Mashed properly cottage cheese add mango puree add flour baking powder and cardamom
Make a smooth dough spread again and again. Make small ball shaped like string and round fold twice and half
Now keep all the jalebi in freeze for 15 minutes. Then dip fry
Now dip in cool syrup kept one hour and serve
