Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana (washed soaked)
- 3 Potatoes (medium boiled and peeled)
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 Green Chillies (or spice chopped as per your spice taste)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- Salt (or salt, or salt senda or fasting salt or normal salt as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts (crushed)
- Oil (for frying)

Instructions
- First washed and soaked sabudana for at least half an hour
- Drained water and put it seive. cover it with plate..keep it for 2 hours..it will fluff up and sabudana will be not sticky..
- In a Big bowl add grated potatoes add Sabudana add salt add black pepper add chopped green chilli crushed peanuts and chopped coriander..
- Mix well and make dough out of it.. make vada shape balls out of it..
- Heat oil in a pan..when oil is hot enough fry it on medium flame till brown in color.. .
- Serve hot with raw mango chutney or your favorite sauce..
