About this Recipe

Kiwi anardana chutney is a delightful yummy chutney.It's khatta meetha flavour makes it finger licking . It can served well with sandwhiches or with paranthas too .

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 4 kiwi
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/ 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp anardana powder
  • pomegranate kernels
How to cook?
  1. Peel the kiwi and blend to make a puree in mixer.
  2. Heat a pan and add sugar, salt, black salt and anardana powder. Cook till sugar dissolves.
  3. Let it cool and add lemon juice.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate kernels and enjoy.
  5. Kiwi Anardana Chutney
Notes
  • You can also add little mint to it.
