Dark Chocolate Fudge Pie

Decadent and yum, gorgeous flavours of dark chocolate with just a subtle hint of ACV and the buttery crust - perfect dessert !

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 250 gms Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour - all purpose or part wholewheat
  • 6 inch pie crust homemade
  • 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla extract


  • 1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter together and whisk well. Add milk slowly as you keep mixing.
  • Whisk sugar and flour into chocolate mixture.
  • Add the ACV and vanilla essence as you continue to whisk.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking just until it mixes well after each addition.
  • Pour mixture into pie shell.
  • Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
