Flaxseed is ideal for reducing obesity. Those who don't eat nonveg Which gives omega 3 flaxseed is a good source of omega 3. Flaxseed should be taken according to your weight. You should chew the roasted seeds so you will get the benefit. We can make more recipe with flaxseeds. Here I made laddoo with flaxseeds.

Ingredients
- ½ cup wheat flour
- ½ cup ragi flour
- ½ cup jowar flour
- ¼ cup flaxseeds powder
- ¼ cup makhana powder
- ¼ cup homemade ghee
- ¼ cup grated fresh coconut
- ¼ cup broken nuts
- ¼ cup jaggery powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed cardamom

Instructions
- Dry roast the flaxseed and roughly grounded. Dry roast lotus seeds and grounded.
- Dry roast wheat flour, ragi flour and jowar flour. Then add homemade ghee, flaxseeds powder, makhana powder, grated fresh coconut, crushed cardamom and jaggery powder.
- Mix evenly if you feel it is dry you can sprinkle either coconut milk or coconut water.
- Take one handful and give round shape. Flaxseeds laddoo ready to serve. It can be stored for a month.
- Keep in your tiffin box eat when you feel hungry.
