This pudding is blended with the flavours of jelly, cream, cake and chocolate chips which tastes delicious.This is a very easy recipe.

Yield / Serves
Jelly crystals : 1 pkt...rasberry flavour
Hot water : 1 cup = 250 ml
Whipped cream : 1 cup
Powdered Sugar to taste
Homemade Pineapple cake : 1 cup broken into small pcs
Chocolate chips as needed
In a bowl open the pkt of jelly crystals.
Boil water and mix it in jelly crystals.
Mix properly so that no lumps remain. Keep aside and cool.
Now keep it in fridge for 1/2 hr.
Mix cream and sugar. Chill it in the fridge for 1 hr.
Now mix cream sugar mixture with jelly. Mix properly.
Now take a serving bowl.
At the bottom of it pour a thin layer of jello cream mixture.
After that put a layer of cake pcs on it.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on it.
Now again pour left over jello cream mix over the cake layer.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over it.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hr before serving.
Jello cream pudding is ready to serve.
- instead of pineapple cake ….any cake can be used….even mkt bought cake can also be used.
