Instructions
- Take potatoes at the required amount you want say 4/6 and boil them .heat oil in a pan and put some jeera until it becomes light brown.Now add 1/2 Green chilli , ginger garlic paste and onions till the oil separates.Add boil crushed potatoes & mix.
- Now add some tumeric and sprinkle some water on it. After 2minutes add methi and put some lemon or amchur powder on it. It ready to serve.
Notes
- Donot overcook the bhaji
