Ginger-Holy Basil Tisane | Adrak Tulsi Chai
About Ginger-Holy Basil Tisane | Adrak Tulsi Chai
Tulsi known as holy basil is the queen of herbs. The health benefits of tulsi are due to the active ingredient, 'eugenol' present in the leaves. It also contains ursolic acid and carvacrol, both of which have anti-microbial properties. Tulsi chai or basil tea is a herbal infusion (tisane), a relatively mild version as compared to the sweet milky chai. This tisane is rich in anti-oxidants, which help the fight-free-radicals of body that are responsible for causing various chronic degenerative diseases. You must have tried several weight loss products and supplements to shed those extra calories and achieve a healthy and slimmer body. Some of those supplements work, but most are just a scam! If you are tired of trying several weight loss techniques without any successful results, then I can assure about trying this tulsi chai for effective and safe weight loss results. Tulsi chai is made from the leaves and blossoms (dried / fresh form) of the holy basil plant. Here I have added ginger as well as lemon to this tisane.
