Ingredients
- 2 piece Idli can be fresh or leftover ready
- 1 cup Curd fresh
- 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
- 3 tbsp Green Coriander Chutney spicy
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder roasted
- 1 tsp Tutti Frutti for garnish
- 2 tsp Nylon Sev

Instructions
- Prepare fresh idli or refresh them in steam if using leftover.
- Sieve the curd in the muslin cloth to remove extra water.
- Beat the curd with a spoon and mix 2 tsp powdered sugar.
- Take a serving dish, place 2 idlis, cover them with enough smooth and sweetened curd.
- Spread sweet tamarind chutney and spicy coriander chutney.
- Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and roasted cumin seeds powder one by one.
- Garnish with tutti frutti and nylon sev. Enjoy refreshing and healthy chat.
