Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potato
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Fenel powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 bowl Dough or as required

Instructions
 

  • Grate potatoes.
  • Add salt and keep aside for 2 minutes.
  • Now squeeze and drain access water.
  • Add all spices, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves into the grated potatoes.
  • Mix well.
  • Take a lemon size dough and roll a little bit and keep a spoonful stuffing in it and make a ball.
  • Now roll it lightly.
  • Put it on a pre-heated tawa.
  • Flip and spread oil.
  • Cook from both sides.
  • Repeat the process for more parathas.
