Instructions
Grate potatoes.
Add salt and keep aside for 2 minutes.
Now squeeze and drain access water.
Add all spices, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves into the grated potatoes.
Mix well.
Take a lemon size dough and roll a little bit and keep a spoonful stuffing in it and make a ball.
Now roll it lightly.
Put it on a pre-heated tawa.
Flip and spread oil.
Cook from both sides.
Repeat the process for more parathas.
