Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup craneberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup of roughly chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp of assorted edible seeds
  • 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 160c . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl mix together oats, craneberries, almonds, cornflakes, pecans ,seeds and coconut sugar.
  • In a saucepan put oil , honey, pink salt and maple syrup and stir continously until the oil liquifies. Pour this mixture gently over the oats mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Now spread this mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool down to room temperature. And your delicious home-made granola is ready. Store in an air tight container.
