Bhutta kewab Yellow 🌽 corn bhutta is a good source of the carotenoid Lutein and zeaxanthin which are good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads to cataracts. Here I made the kewab with bhutta.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh bhutta
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp roasted chana dal
  • 1 tbsp almond
  • 1 tbsp raisin
  • 1 tbsp fresh coconut
  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel off the corn then boil and keep separate.

  • Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilli, ginger paste and cumin powder. Then pour the boiled corn and stir fry. Add peanuts, almond, raisin and chopped fresh coconut.
  • Make a paste with all these ingredients then add oil and salt. Mix evenly then shallow fry with low flame. Both sides should be brown.
  • Now ready to serve with coconut chutney. I made the chutney with coconut, peanuts, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
