Bhutta kewab
Yellow 🌽 corn bhutta is a good source of the carotenoid Lutein and zeaxanthin which are good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads to cataracts. Here I made the kewab with bhutta.

Ingredients
- 2 fresh bhutta
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 whole red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 1 tablespoon roasted chana dal
- 1 tablespoon almond
- 1 tablespoon raisin
- 1 tablespoon fresh coconut
- 1 tablespoon ragi flour
- Oil for shallow fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Peel off the corn then boil and keep separate.
- Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilli, ginger paste and cumin powder. Then pour the boiled corn and stir fry. Add peanuts, almond, raisin and chopped fresh coconut.
- Make a paste with all these ingredients then add oil and salt. Mix evenly then shallow fry with low flame. Both sides should be brown.
- Now ready to serve with coconut chutney. I made the chutney with coconut, peanuts, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
