Ingredients
- Broken Wheat (dalia 1 cup.)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Almonds
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 16 Raisins (18 numbers)
- 2 cloves 2 Nos (nos)
- 2 inch Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Desi Ghee
- 2 cup Water

Instructions
- Soak the raisins in 1/2 cup water and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan, add the broken wheat and saute on a high flame till it turns pinkish brown.
- Add water n cook it on 12 whistles check the dalia cooked well all water evaporated. Add sugar, cashews, raisins, cloves and cinnamon.
- The lapsi is ready when the ghee starts oozing out from the sides of the pan.
- Serve hot garnished with blanched almonds and sprinkle green cardamom powder.
