About Veg Soup
Today is world nutrition day I made a veg soup with lots of vegetables. This is a light breakfast. When we are in hurry we can serve this recipe. I often do the recipe to consume more fibre.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrot chopped
- 1 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushroom chopped
- 1/2 cup Jackfruit shredded boiled
- 1/2 cup Beans chopped
- 2 tsp Fruits Vinegar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
- 1 tsp Basil dried s
- 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
- Chop all the ingredients except jackfruit. Take a pan add butter and garlic saute for a minute. Add all the ingredients with 2 glasses of water.
- Now add boiled shredded jackfruit and mushroom.
- Make a paste with corn starch and water. Add the paste into the boiling soup. Add fruit vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Put off the flame.
- Pour onto the soup plate. Sprinkle with crushed black pepper and dried basil. Spread with butter.

All ingredients have lots of fiber and nutrition.
