Today is world nutrition day I made a veg soup with lots of vegetables. This is a light breakfast. When we are in hurry we can serve this recipe. I often do the recipe to consume more fibre.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1 cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom chopped
  • 1/2 cup Jackfruit shredded boiled
  • 1/2 cup Beans chopped
  • 2 tsp Fruits Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Basil dried s
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the ingredients except jackfruit. Take a pan add butter and garlic saute for a minute. Add all the ingredients with 2 glasses of water.

  • Now add boiled shredded jackfruit and mushroom.

  • Make a paste with corn starch and water. Add the paste into the boiling soup. Add fruit vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Put off the flame.

  • Pour onto the soup plate. Sprinkle with crushed black pepper and dried basil. Spread with butter.
