Evening snacks.
If you are thinking about evening snacks, you can try this easy and simple recipe with less ingredients. Sometimes our family members come back from duty, from school, college, tuition etc. They need some healthy snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ bowl poha
  • ½ bowl green peas
  • ¼ bowl peanuts
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp green chilies chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Dry red chili

Instructions
 

  • Wash poha and strain out the water.
    Evening snacks
  • Take a pan add olive oil and roast the peanuts and keep separate.
    Evening snacks
  • Now in the same pan put dry red chilli and cumin seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
  • Add green peas and salt. Stir continuously add poha, garam masala, green chillies, roasted peanuts.

  • Stir and mix all together then garnish with coriander leaves. Now ready to serve the easy evening snacks.
