- ½ bowl poha
- ½ bowl green peas
- ¼ bowl peanuts
- ½ teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp green chilies chopped
- coriander leaves chopped
- Dry red chili

Instructions
- Wash poha and strain out the water.
- Take a pan add olive oil and roast the peanuts and keep separate.
- Now in the same pan put dry red chilli and cumin seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add green peas and salt. Stir continuously add poha, garam masala, green chillies, roasted peanuts.
- Stir and mix all together then garnish with coriander leaves. Now ready to serve the easy evening snacks.
