Chatjaldi egg curry
This is quick and easy recipe. I have not added onion, garlic and ginger.

Ingredients
- 2 egg boiled
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri mirch
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Whole garam masala
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Take a pan heat mustard oil saute the boiled eggs with adding salt and kashmiri mirch.
- Take a small bowl make a paste with adding turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and tomato puree.
- Put whole garam masala into the pan and take out the eggs.
- Pour the masala paste and sprinkle little water. Then cook for a minute.
- Put the eggs and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with any jeera rice, steam rice, chapati, luchi, paratha etc.
