  • Take a pan heat mustard oil saute the boiled eggs with adding salt and kashmiri mirch.

  • Take a small bowl make a paste with adding turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and tomato puree.

  • Put whole garam masala into the pan and take out the eggs.
  • Pour the masala paste and sprinkle little water. Then cook for a minute.

  • Put the eggs and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with any jeera rice, steam rice, chapati, luchi, paratha etc.
