  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • leaves Curry
  • 1 pinch Hong -Pinch hong
  • Onion chopped
  • Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Eno
  • Green Chillies
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice


  • Roast oats in a pan for two min and let it be cool heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves hing and sauté it add onion and suji and sauté it

You can add any vegetables to make idli healthy
