Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- leaves Curry
- 1 pinch Hong -Pinch (hong)
- Onion (chopped)
- Carrot (grated)
- 1 cup Sooji
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Eno
- Green Chillies
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Roast oats in a pan for two min and let it be cool heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves hing and sauté it add onion and suji and sauté it

You can add any vegetables to make idli healthy
