chopped green olives
4 to 5
chopped garlic cloves
2 to 3
chopped green chillies

tablespoon
Nigella seeds
1
teaspoon
red chilli flakes
Few Basil Leaves chopped
Salt

tablespoon
Olive Oil + Extra for the Parathas
Water as needed
Instructions
Mix salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the flour and mix well.
Add the chopped olives, garlic cloves, nigella seeds, chilli flakes and basil leaves.
Add water and knead it into a smooth dough.Divide the dough into equal parts and keep aside.
Heat a non stick Tawa . Roll each small portion into a flat bread abnd shallow fry them with Olive Oil on the pre heated Tawa.
Serve with Dip of your choice and a glass of Orange Juice.
