Ingredients & Quantity
  • Green Chillies – ½ Cup (washed and split vertically)
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 ½ tsp
  • Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Carom Seeds – ½ tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 4 tbsp (boiled and cooled down)
How to cook?
  1. Mix green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, vinegar and cover it. keep it into sunlight for one day.
  2. Heat pan and dry roast mustard seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds together. Let it cool down and put it into the blender and coarsely ground it.
  3. Add salt (if required), grounded spices, boiled mustard oil with green chillies. Mix well and keep it covered into sunlight for 2 to 3 days.
  4. Store it into the air tight container and use it with your meals.
