Sometimes when our come guests come without notice and they like homemade recipe. Then I thought bread in my fridge egg also I have other ingredients there. So I made this cryspy bread and appreciated.

Ingredients
- 1 bread loaf
- 4 egg
- 1 cup Bengal gram powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon kasuri methi
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Dioganally cut the bread and keep aside
- Make a batter with eggs, gram powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chili powder and kasuri methi.
- Batter will be semi consistent.
- Heat oil, dip the bread pieces into batter and fry one after another.
- Serve cryspy bread with tomato sauce.
Notes
When you bite it will make sound that is cryspy.
