This is an Indian Savory street food which is made with boiled fresh green chana (Chickpeas) and pomegranate pearls. It is a healthy snack for diet-conscious people who are counting their calories to reduce weight. Green Chickpeas are rich in proteins so just include them in your diet.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Fresh green chickpeas choliya / green chana
- ยฝ cup Pomegranate
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Tomatoes firm, deseeded and chopped
- 4 Cherry Tomato cut into halves
- 1 Cucumber small, deseeded and chopped
- 1/4 Raw Mango cubed
- 1/4 bunch Coriander fresh, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 15 ml Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Cook choliya/ Green Chickpeas in 1 ยฝ cups of water till done, further cook it till all the water evaporates (approximately 15 minutes).
- Place in a glass bowl add pomegranate pearls, chopped onions, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, raw mango coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
- Few things which you can optional as they taste great are peanuts, walnuts or raisins.
- If you are dry roasting ingredients peanuts, it has to be done on a medium flame. Also the cooking time mentioned above would be from 05 minutes to 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
