Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 1 tbsp Nimbu ka achaar
- 2 Capsicum finely chopped
- 1 to Tomato finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Nylon Sev fine
- Dressing for
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Dry roast oats in a pan and keep aside.
- In a bowl toss together apple cider vinegar, salt, chilli flakes and sugar. Keep aside for half an hour.
- Now in a pan heat oil, add chopped capsicum and cook till it softens.
- Add chopped tomatoes, oats and dressing prepared. Cook for a minute.Add nimbu ka achaar and nylon sev. Transfer to the serving bowl. Sprinkle a little more sev and nimbu achaar and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
- You can add nuts of your choice.
