Instructions
 

  • Dry roast oats in a pan and keep aside.
  • In a bowl toss together apple cider vinegar, salt, chilli flakes and sugar. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Now in a pan heat oil, add chopped capsicum and cook till it softens.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, oats and dressing prepared. Cook for a minute.Add nimbu ka achaar and nylon sev. Transfer to the serving bowl. Sprinkle a little more sev and nimbu achaar and enjoy.

  • You can add nuts of your choice.
