Greek Salad
About Greek Salad
Watermelon has a lot to offer, especially when you are looking to lose weight. Eating less to lose weight is not easy if you are always hungry the key is to eat foods that help you feel full for longer. Watermelon is good candidate for prolonging fullness. Each wedge has 5 percent of a daily recommend intake of fibre which slows digestion. I would not recommend consumption of watermelon or any fruit after 7 p.m.
Here I made the salad with watermelon and cucumber. Added with feta cheese which is made by goat milk. In India we can make cottage cheese by cow milk. So we have to buy feta cheese.
