Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon butter melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 10 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Mash potatoes well with the help of a fork such that no lumps are there.
- Roast peeled garlic in 1 tbsp of olive oil until they are light brown.
- Crush the roasted garlic into a coarse paste. Keep aside.
- In a small saucepan pan heat the heavy cream on lowest flame.
- Add butter and grated cheese.
- Do not boil this mixture. Heat until all are just mixed well.
- Turn off the heat and keep aside.
- Add garlic paste, ground black pepper and egg yolk into mashed potatoes and mix really well with fork.
- Add the cream, butter mixture and again mix well.
- Now lastly add salt as per taste and mix till everything is incorporated. The mixture should be smooth enough to pipe with no lumps.
- Preheat oven to 210°C.
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Fill the potato mix in a pastry bag and pipe out atleast 2 inches wide swirls and 1 inch apart from each other.
- Bake for 20 mins or the surface are dry to touch and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
