1 cup khoya (mawa)
1 cup kiwi pulp
1 cup plum pulp
1 1/2 cup sugar
3tsp milk powder
3tbsp grated coconut
1.Heat pan ,,add kiwi pulp and 1/2 cup sugar ,,,cook it untill it become thick like jam,,,(optional....add slight green colour for perfect green colour,,i have added)
2.heat pan ,,,add plum pulp and cook it till it become thick like jam..
3.Take khoya,milk powder,coconut powder,sugar in mixture jar,,and blend it to make smooth.
4.take this mixture into pan and cook it,,,first it smooth and than it become thick..once it thick remove from gas and divide it into three parts
5.add plum part into 1 part and cook it till it leaves surface.same way in other part add kiwi plum and cook it till leaves surface.and one part remain white
6.take modak mould,,put kiwi mixture in lower 1/3,,white in middle 1/3,,,and plum in upper 1/3 ,,and shape it,,,remove from mould( You can arrange colour according to your choice,,,instead of white u can use only two parts,,green and red,,I have made that also)_x000D_ _x000D_ Ready favourite modak of lord ganesha.
