Ice creams are always a hit in all the seasons, aren't they !! A new addition to the flavour of the ice cream family.. made "KIWI ICE CREAM"... and yes, it's eggless... 🙂

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cup Cream th
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence


  • Heat the milk and sugar, together in a saucepan on a low flame till the sugar dissolves.
  • Now add the condensed milk, vanilla essence and cook further for 6-7 minutes.
  • Dissolve the cornflour in some milk and add to the sugar milk mixture. Cook till it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon when dipped.
  • Now cool the mixture completely. Whip the cream to form soft peaks. Keep aside.
  • Blend the kiwi to form a puree. Now lightly fold in, a the three mixtures and refrigerate in the freezer. After am hour, mix the ice cream with a spoon and freeze again. Serve
