Garlic Pasta Salad

Pasta looks interesting,top it with colourful veggies like,carrot,broccoli. Specially made by olive oil and make more healthy

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cubes cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup corn


  • Mix together dressing oil, vinegar,and all the spices.
  • Wash and cut all the veggies and grate the cheese.
  • Take 2 glasses of water, little salt and oil in a cooker. Add pasta and cook it for one whitsle.
  • After it cooks, drain the excess water and wash it.
  • Mix together with pasta and chopped items, except the cheese.
  • Pour dressing over it all and mix well.
  • Add cheese to salad before serving, otherwise it gets soggy.
  • Serve immediately.
