Fish should be washed with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice
Take a mixing bowl add fish little bit turmeric powder salt and marinate
Add one by one all raw ingredients mustered paste, couscous paste, coconut paste, curd, green chilli paste and mustered oil. Mix properly and wrap with turmeric leaves
Then keep in a steamer for 20 minutes. After then take out and garnish with fresh turmeric leaves
