  • 1 cup Chana boiled kabuli
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Tahini roasted sesame seeds ground with oil to form a paste - 2 tsp, or paste paste
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour or maida maida
  • slice Croutons or masala, or bread masala bread
  • Red Chillies
  • Pepper Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Refined Oil
  • 1/2 cup Hung Curd or yoghurt, or dip yoghurt dip
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder th


  • Mash the boiled kabuli Chana in a mixer grinder to form a coarse paste.
  • Now mix it with rest of the ingredients and shape to form TIKKIS. Now shallow fry them in little oil. Serve.
  • Masala croutons : Cut the bread slices into desired shapes and shallow fry them in little oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and red chilly powder onto them. Serve.
  • Beat the hung curd with a spoon and slowly add oil and keep beating. Add rest of the ingredients according to personal taste and mix. Serve.
  • Serve the falafel TIKKIS with little dip and a crouton on top.
