1 kiwi cut in small chunks
1/2 tsp lemon juice
green tea cake or any other cake cut into small cubes
For Soup - first peel and seeded cantaloup and puree it . Add lemon juice, blueberries and kiwi chunks into it mix well . Keep in refrigerator.
For Cake Croutons - cut cake into small pieces and keep in preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degree . Cake croutons are ready .
For Serving - take out fruit soup from fridge , add cake croutons , as a topping . Serve chilled .
