Tikkis are quintessential to Indian street food culture. Specially in North India (regions like Delhi), a typical street food shop would always have Tikki preparations on their menu. Tasty, usually deep fried and crunchy to core, tikkis are simply irrestible ! We relook at the concept of tikkis and makes a much healthier yet equally tasty and appealing option which would make this treat a “guilt free†indulgence.

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats (instant)
- 2 large Potatoes (â boiled and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Peas (â boiled)
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 Zucchini (â grated)
- 1/2 cup Corn (kernel)
- 50 gm Paneer (grated, or tofu, or cheese tofu cheese)
- 2 tsp Coriander (fresh â finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chillies (â finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Mint (fresh â finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (optional dry)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala (optional)
- For Pan Frying (for pan frying)
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (optional)
- 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil (canola)
