Tasty, usually deep fried and crunchy to core, tikkis are simply irrestible ! We relook at the concept of tikkis and makes a much healthier yet equally tasty and appealing option which would make this treat a “guilt free” indulgence.

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats instant
  • 2 large Potatoes â boiled and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Peas â boiled
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 Zucchini â grated
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernel
  • 50 gm Paneer grated, or tofu, or cheese tofu cheese
  • 2 tsp Coriander fresh â finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chillies â finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Mint fresh â finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder optional
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder optional dry
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala optional
  • For Pan Frying for pan frying
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs optional
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil canola
