Tikkis are quintessential to Indian street food culture. Specially in North India (regions like Delhi), a typical street food shop would always have Tikki preparations on their menu. Tasty, usually deep fried and crunchy to core, tikkis are simply irrestible ! We relook at the concept of tikkis and makes a much healthier yet equally tasty and appealing option which would make this treat a “guilt free†indulgence.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats instant
- 2 large Potatoes â boiled and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Peas â boiled
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 Zucchini â grated
- 1/2 cup Corn kernel
- 50 gm Paneer grated, or tofu, or cheese tofu cheese
- 2 tsp Coriander fresh â finely chopped
- 1 Green Chillies â finely chopped
- 1 tsp Mint fresh â finely chopped
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder optional
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder optional dry
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala optional
- For Pan Frying for pan frying
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs optional
- 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil canola
