Ingredients
- 1 cup Potatoes boiled
- 1/2 cup Paneer grated
- 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1-2 Cashews
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, paneer, coriander leaves, salt, red chilly powder, cornflour mix them gently.
- Take some oil rub on your hands and make small balls of the mixture. Press these balls gently and make small discs. Take half cashew put them in the centre and press gently.
- Now heat oil and deep fry the tikkis till golden and crisp from all sides on medium heat. Serve with chutney or yogurt dip.
