This recipe is so yummy and easy that you cant stop eating. Goes well with chutneys or yogurt dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Few cashews
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, paneer, coriander leaves, salt, red chilly powder, cornflour mix them gently.
  • Take some oil rub on your hands and make small balls of the mixture. Press these balls gently and make small discs. Take half cashew put them in the centre and press gently.
  • Now heat oil and deep fry the tikkis till golden and crisp from all sides on medium heat. Serve with chutney or yogurt dip.
