Ingredients
- Milk full cream - 2 cups
- 150 ml Cream fresh
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour diluted in water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Gulkand
- 4 leaves Betel Leaves - 4 To 5 betel
- Cardamom 2 pieces
- 1 / Fennel Seeds tsp
- Betel Nut supari- 4 to 5 pieces(you can use methi supari also) betel nut

Instructions
- Take a pan add milk . Add sugar in it. Wait for a boil . Add cream and cornflour ( diluted in water). Stir it very nicely and boil it till it starts getting thick.
- Switch off the flame. For paan masala - Take Betel leaves,betel nuts,fennel seeds,green cardamom and grind them.
- Now take the ready milk add this paan masala into it. Add gulkand in the same. Mix it well. Now let it cool down for 10 minutes. After it gets cool ,Take the mould and add the first layer of gulkand in it (from the top).
- Then pour the mixture in the moulds . Freeze it for 4 to 6 hours. Demould the ice cream and garnish it. Enjoy!!
