Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup milk at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt avoid if you are using salted butter

Instructions
 

  • First of all, sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and keep aside
  • Now, take butter and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix well with a manual or electric whisk
  • Add sugar and mix very well, if you are using a hand whisk, using powdered sugar will save lots of time
  • Once these are mixed well add milk and again mix properly
  • Now gradually add flour mix to this and fold gently, then add chocolate chips. You can also add some chopped Peanuts
  • Now turn on your oven for preheating at 180 degrees, While the oven is being heated, line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange small dough balls on it keeping some distance between each of them
  • Now bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes in the middle rack till you see some color on sides of the cookies
