Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
Raw banana flour 1/2 cup
Egg (medium size) 1
Butter 30 g
Honey 1/4 cup
Butterscotch chips 2 tablespoon
vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Take the egg, honey, butter in a deep bowl. Whisk them well till the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
Add vanilla extract, give it a stir.
Add the flour and butterscotch chips, form a sticky dough. Refrigerate the dough for half an hour.
Drop the dough 2 inches apart on a parchment lined baking tray. Leave space between the cookies as these tend to spread on baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown. They will remain soft once out of the oven, will harden on cooling. .
store in airtight container on cooling. These will stay good for ten days
