Take pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds, soaked red chilies and black pepper. grind it into fine.
Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder n cooked till prawns done.
Remove prawns in plate. Add grinded paste n ghee in it n cook, add tamarind n cook till ghee over float on masala.
Add prawns n cook till masala dry.
