Ingredients for Dahi vada With Raw Banana

  • 2 big size raw banana
  • 1 cup urad dal power
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Oil for dip fry
  • 1 bowl hung curd
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • Roasted red chilli powder
  • Sew to spread
  • Table salt
  • Tamarind sweet chutney

How to cook Dahi vada With Raw Banana

  1. Take two boiled raw banana mashed. Add black urad dal.

  2. Make a smooth dough if need sprinkle water.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry. Take bowl pour water and 1/3 tsp salt.
  4. Dip all fried bada. After ten minutes squeeze the badas.
  5. Serve with curd, sweet chutney, sew, black salt, roasted cumin powder and roasted red chilli powder.

Notes

Dahi bada should be cool.
