  • 1 cup Flour refine
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 1/4 cup Flour bengal
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bowl Potatoes boiled
  • 1 cup Sweet Curd
  • Chaat Masala
  • Grated Carrot


  • Make a dough with refine flour, semolina, bengal gram flour, butter, baking soda and pinch of salt. Make shape of tiny plate with the help of aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  • Now serve with potatoes, sweet curd and chat masala. Garnish with grated carrot and mints.

Recipe Notes

This is oil free healthy recipe good for children. Serve one after one so they will enjoy the crispy chaat.
