Ingredients
- 1 cup refine flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/4 cup bengal gram flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 bowl boiled potatoes pieces
- 1 cup sweet curd
- Chat masala
- Grated carrot

Instructions
- Make a dough with refine flour, semolina, bengal gram flour, butter, baking soda and pinch of salt. Make shape of tiny plate with the help of aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
- Now serve with potatoes, sweet curd and chat masala. Garnish with grated carrot and mints.
Notes
This is oil free healthy recipe good for children. Serve one after one so they will enjoy the crispy chaat.
