Sausage shape potato fingers perfect treat to fill the hungry tummies. This recipe is also good for toddlers as it is a no spice recipe.

Potatoes 2 peeled and cubed
Cornflour 2 Tsp
Maida flour 4 tsp
Breadcrumbs 2 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Pressure cook the potatoes for 2-3 whistles. Drain and take the potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Add cornflour, maida flour, breadcrumbs, salt to taste.
Mix well with the potatoes and mash it all together.
Break the egg on it and mix well. Heat oil in a frying pan.
Take small amount of the mixture and roll it between your palms to make the fingers. I made sausage shape.
Drop the fingers in batches and fry them on medium heat till golden
Drain in an absorbent paper and serve with any dipping of your choice or serve as it is.
