A nutritious, light and easy sandwich recipe for breakfast or for small meal.
8 sandwich bread slices
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes (remove the seeds)
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 cup shredded cabbage
3-4 lettuce leaves roughly torn
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cheese n chilly sandwich spread
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
In a bowl take grated carrot, finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, shredded cabbage and lettuce leaves.
Add mayonnaise, cheese n chilly sandwich spread, butter, salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well. The filling is ready.
Cut the sides of all the bread slices.
Apply 1/2 tsp of butter on each bread slice.
Take 2-3 tbsp of the prepared filling and spread evenly.
Cover the sandwich with another bread slice with butter spread part facing downwards.
Repeat the same process for making rest of the Sandwich.
Cut in half and Serve.
