Ingredients
- 2 cup poha
- 1/2 carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ground nut fried
- 1/4 cup sprouted channa green
- 1/2 cup green peas
- Green chilli chopped
- Fresh coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh curd
- Oil as required
- Salt

Instructions
- Add one tbs oil in a heated pan. Add chopped carrot, curd, sprouts, ginger turmeric powder,salt and stir.
- Poha should be dipped in water for a minute. Then add poha stir.Add green chilli fresh coriander, garam masala, at last fried ground nut. Now ready to serve.
